Reasons for Returns

Return Process

To return an electronic item, you typically need to bring the product in its original packaging along with the purchase receipt to the store.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and have no scratches or defects on any item within the package. The product will be inspected by our company’s specialists, and upon verification of its condition, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds

We offer full refunds for returned goods, with some potential exceptions.

For instance, some stores may charge a restocking fee for returned goods, especially if the item has been used or its packaging opened.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

– The product must be unused and in its original condition.
– The product must be in its original packaging.
– A purchase receipt or proof of payment is required to complete the return process.
– Only regularly priced items can be returned; discounted items cannot be returned.
– If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
